- Payment for the Ride
- To ensure a secure and reliable service, even if you book your ride online in advance, payment is made in cash or via QR code directly to the driver upon reaching your destination.
- There will be no additional charges beyond the agreed travel fare unless you wish to give a tip to the driver as a token of appreciation. The company has no involvement in this trans
- Booking a Ride with Us
- We offer urgent booking services. If you need a ride as soon as possible, our vehicle can reach your pickup location within approximately 35 minutes, with an additional service fee of 200฿, regardless of your location. ( Special additional services )
- After reviewing the travel details, you can contact us via email, LINE, or WhatsApp.
- Please provide us with the following details:
- Your full name
- Phone number (with country code)
- Number of Passengers
- Type of your car
- Pickup location (e.g., hotel name, airport, and flight details if applicable)
- Travel date and time
- Drop-off location
- For non-urgent bookings, once we receive your request, we will review and send you a confirmation. At this stage, you may cancel without any charges. However, once you confirm, your booking is considered final.
- We will then arrange the vehicle and provide you with details such as the car model, color, driver’s name, and contact number at least 3 hours before your scheduled trip.
- On the day of travel, our driver will be on standby 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. You can depart at your convenience.
- In the event of unexpected traffic delays, if our driver arrives more than 35 minutes late, you will be eligible for a 50% discount on the fare as part of our commitment to excellent service.

Thailand’s capital city has two airports. Before booking, please ensure you have the correct airport details:
BKK (Suvarnabhumi Airport)
- Meeting point: 2nd floor, Exit Gate 3 (inside the terminal).
- Our team will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and will guide you to your vehicle.

DMK (Don Mueang Airport)
- For international arrivals: Terminal 1, 1st floor, Exit Gate 5 (inside the terminal).
- For domestic arrivals: Terminal 2, Exit Gate 11 (inside the terminal).
- Our staff will hold a sign with your name and assist you to the car.
If your flight is delayed or canceled, please notify us as soon as possible. For delays exceeding 3 hours, an additional 200฿ fee will be charged to compensate the driver’s waiting time.
- Handling Travel Issues
- Service-related concerns (e.g., inappropriate vehicle or disrespectful driver) should be reported immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
- Traffic-related issues will be managed by the driver to ensure the fastest and safest arrival at your destination.
- During the trip, you may request a short stop for a restroom break or smoking, provided it is along the route.
- Additional stops outside the planned route may incur an extra charge of 300฿ per stop. This applies to:
- Sightseeing detours
- Dining stops outside the planned route
- Additional drop-off locations beyond the original agreement
